Return & Cancellation Policy
Returns (14-Day Return Policy)
You may return any product within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be in its original packaging, including the plastic wrap, tags, and labels.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.
- Items returned after the 14-day period.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to return

- Once approved, send the item back to the address we provide.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) within [5-7] working days of receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time until it has been fulfilled (shipped or dispatched).

- If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return it under our 14-day return policy.
